- 250g unsalted butter
- 300g caster sugar
- 3 large eggs

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
- Grease and line a 20x30cm rectangular baking tin.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the caster sugar, cannabis oil, and eggs until pale and creamy.
4. Add Melted Chocolate:
- Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, mixing well until fully combined.

- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture.
6. Add Chocolate Chips (Optional):

7. Bake the Brownies:
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin and level the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set and a skewer inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
