Instructions:
Preparing the Pound Cake:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C.
- Grease and flour a 23cm loaf pan or a 23cm bundt pan.
2. Cream Butter and Sugar:
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
3. Add Eggs and Extracts:
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, cannabis oil, and almond extract (if using).
4. Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
