- 15g unsalted butter, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 12g brown sugar
- 85g honey
- 5ml dried thyme
- 5ml dried oregano
- 1-2 teaspoons cannabis oil (adjust based on desired potency)
- 450g green beans
Preparation:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 200˚C.
2. Season the Chicken:
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
3. Sear the Chicken:
- Melt 5g of butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.

4. Prepare the Sauce:
- Pour out any excess fat from the skillet, leaving a small amount for flavour.
- Add the remaining 10g of butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Add the brown sugar, honey, thyme, oregano, and cannabis oil, stirring to combine. Reduce the heat to low.
5. Coat the Chicken and Add Green Beans:
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce.
- Add the green beans around the chicken in the skillet.
6. Bake:
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serving:
- Serve the honey garlic chicken hot, drizzled with any remaining sauce from the skillet.
